Alex is a mobile app advertising expert with nearly a decade of experience in the industry. She has worked with a wide range of developers and businesses to help them achieve their performance marketing goals. In her current role as the Senior Director of Growth at Moloco, Alex is responsible for managing a team of growth experts who work with some of the largest gaming developers in the UK and emerging markets. The team advise developers on how they can leverage operational machine learning to improve the effectiveness of mobile app advertising campaigns, helping to achieve their business goals. Based in London, she is passionate about the gaming and mobile gaming ecosystem, and occasionally spends her evenings min-maxing on Stardew Valley.
