Selman Yalvaç is an established legal professional with a focus on corporate law, startup law with a specific interest in gaming companies and mergers&acquisitions alongside general commercial matters. He achieved his Bachelor's degree in Law with a Minor Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Bilkent University and holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from University College Dublin, funded by the European Union Jean Monnet Scholarship. Selman is currently deepening his expertise in Corporate Law as a PhD Candidate in Private Law at Ankara University. Selman's extensive professional experience covers various roles in several corporate law firms. As a Founding Partner at Yalvaç Hukuk in Ankara, he excels in providing expert advice on corporate law matters, financial law, and startup law to international and local companies with his team. Notably, he currently serves as a Legal Advisor at Seven Legal, a London-based law firm specializing exclusively in startup law and funding, where he advises entrepreneurs, startups, and high-growth ventures. Selman's international experience also includes working as a Foreign Lawyer at Flynn O’Driscoll Business Lawyers in Dublin, participating in M&A deals and corporate matters. An integral part of Selman's approach is his commitment to understanding not just the legal needs of his clients, but also their business models and market environments, ensuring advice is tailored, strategic, and impactful. He is bilingual, with full professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
